Power & Utility Project Mould Category
Factory-direct moulds for power engineering concrete components: cable trench and boundary wall coping, corner and curved coping pieces, transformer platform coping, cobblestone combination moulds and ground anchors.

Power engineering moulds help precast factories and contractors produce repeatable concrete components used along cable trenches, boundary walls, power corridors and substation platforms.
Zhihua can review catalogue moulds or custom concrete utility components from drawings, sample photos and project size requirements.
Expanded catalogue with 30 qualified product examples. More sizes and styles can be quoted from drawings or sample photos.

Most of this catalogue is coping (wall cap) moulds for cable trenches and substation boundaries, plus corner pieces, transformer platform copings, cobblestone moulds and ground anchor moulds. Sizes below are the actual mould dimensions we hold, from 28.5 cm short caps up to 110 cm long units.
Coping sits on top of a cable trench wall or boundary wall, so the mould width has to follow your wall thickness — not the other way round. This is why the same 100 cm length appears here in 15, 20, 25 and 34 cm widths.
Several coping moulds here exist in both PP and ABS. ABS holds a sharper edge on grooved and double-arc profiles and tolerates more handling on site; PP is the lower-cost option for plain profiles in high-cycle yard production.
| Component group | Sizes held (cm) | What to confirm when quoting |
|---|---|---|
| Straight power coping | 28.5×20×6.1 · 40×20×6 · 74.5×12.5×15.5 · 75×15×12 · 75×18.8×12 · 80×15×12 · 100×15×15 · 100×20×15 · 100×20×20 · 100×20×25 · 100×25×15 · 100×25×20 · 100×34×20 | Wall thickness it caps, top profile (flat / arc / double-arc / double-line), PP or ABS |
| Coping corners | 47×25×15 · 50×25×15 · 64–49×20×6 · 80–80×15×12 | Corner angle, and whether your dimension is the outer or inner arc length |
| Curved coping | 43.5–28×20×6 | Radius of the trench bend; outer 43.5 cm / inner 28 cm arc length |
| Transformer platform coping | 90×20×20 · 110×15×10 | Quantity in A/B pairs, platform corner layout |
| Cobblestone combination | 6×10 · 10×15 · 8 cm sphere, 10 cavities | Counted in A+B sets; sphere diameter and cavities per pour |
| Pillar coping & anchors | 42×42×8.3 pillar cap · 56×28×13 ground anchor · 100×25×20 L-shaped trench coping | Pillar cross-section, anchor bolt pattern, trench profile |

Send InquiryWhatsApp NowTelegram NowThe first two numbers are the outer and inner arc length of the same corner piece, not length by width. That part measures 64 cm along its outer face and 49 cm along its inner face, with a 20 cm width and 6 cm height. When you send a drawing, state clearly which face your dimension follows, otherwise the corner will not close against the straight runs.
Two. The A half and B half close together to form the sphere cavities, so they are ordered and counted in sets. We hold 6×10 cm and 10×15 cm versions plus a 10-cavity mould for 8 cm spheres.
Because the platform corners mirror each other. The 90×20×20 cm and 110×15×10 cm units are marked A (left) and B (right); ordering only one side leaves the opposite corner without a matching cap.
Start from the finished thickness of the trench or boundary wall the coping sits on, then select a width that overhangs evenly on both faces. That is why the same 100 cm length is held in 15, 20, 25 and 34 cm widths.
Choose ABS when the top profile has fine grooves or tight double arcs, since it holds a sharper edge and takes more handling. Choose PP for plain flat-topped coping produced in large repeat volumes. Typical service life is 300+ pour cycles either way.
Yes. Coping, corner pieces, trench moulds and cover moulds can be mixed in one shipment where packing allows, which is usually how project orders are consolidated.
No. These are quoted by size, top profile, material and order quantity, so we issue project quotations rather than a public price list. Send your component schedule with quantities per size for a factory quote.
