Most of this catalogue is coping (wall cap) moulds for cable trenches and substation boundaries, plus corner pieces, transformer platform copings, cobblestone moulds and ground anchor moulds. Sizes below are the actual mould dimensions we hold, from 28.5 cm short caps up to 110 cm long units.

What is actually in this category

  • Power coping moulds (straight runs): the volume product. Widths 12.5–34 cm, heights 6–25 cm, lengths 28.5, 40, 74.5, 75, 80 and 100 cm. Plain, strip, double-line, double-arc and grooved profiles.
  • Coping corner moulds: 47×25×15, 50×25×15, 64–49×20×6 and 80–80×15×12 cm, including a welded-type corner.
  • Transformer equipment copings: 90×20×20 and 110×15×10 cm, supplied as A/B left-right pairs.

Three things buyers get wrong on these moulds

  • A corner marked “64–49” is not 64 by 49 cm. On corner and curved coping pieces the two numbers are the outer and inner arc length of the same part — 64 cm along the outside face, 49 cm along the inside. If you quote it as a rectangle you will order the wrong mould. Always confirm which face your drawing dimensions follow.
  • A cobblestone mould is two pieces, not one. These are A+B combination moulds: the A half and B half close together to form the sphere cavities. A single half is not usable on its own, so quantity must be counted in sets.
  • Transformer copings ship as left/right pairs. The 90×20×20 and 110×15×10 cm units are marked A (left) and B (right) because the platform corners mirror each other. Buying one side only will leave the platform unfinished.

Matching coping to your trench, not to a price list

Coping sits on top of a cable trench wall or boundary wall, so the mould width has to follow your wall thickness — not the other way round. This is why the same 100 cm length appears here in 15, 20, 25 and 34 cm widths.

  • Measure the finished wall thickness first, then pick the coping width that overhangs evenly on both faces.
  • Decide the top profile before quoting: flat, single arc, double arc, or double-line grooved. It changes the mould, not just the finish.
  • For runs with bends, count corner pieces separately and state the corner angle and arc lengths.
  • One 100×20×20 cm coping in this catalogue is dimensioned to sit with China Southern Power Grid cover slabs. If your project follows a specific grid standard, say so in the enquiry.

Material choice: PP or ABS

Several coping moulds here exist in both PP and ABS. ABS holds a sharper edge on grooved and double-arc profiles and tolerates more handling on site; PP is the lower-cost option for plain profiles in high-cycle yard production.

  • Choose ABS when the visible top profile has fine grooves or tight arcs.
  • Choose PP for plain, flat-topped coping produced in large repeat volumes.
  • Either way, typical service life is 300+ pour cycles with normal demoulding practice.

How do I read a size like “64–49 × 20 × 6” on a corner coping mould?

The first two numbers are the outer and inner arc length of the same corner piece, not length by width. That part measures 64 cm along its outer face and 49 cm along its inner face, with a 20 cm width and 6 cm height. When you send a drawing, state clearly which face your dimension follows, otherwise the corner will not close against the straight runs.

Is a cobblestone combination mould one piece or two?

Two. The A half and B half close together to form the sphere cavities, so they are ordered and counted in sets. We hold 6×10 cm and 10×15 cm versions plus a 10-cavity mould for 8 cm spheres.

Why are the transformer equipment copings sold as pairs?

Because the platform corners mirror each other. The 90×20×20 cm and 110×15×10 cm units are marked A (left) and B (right); ordering only one side leaves the opposite corner without a matching cap.

How do I choose the coping width?
