How to avoid wrong mould selection

The same surface pattern can perform very differently at 2.5 cm, 4 cm, 5 cm or 6 cm thickness. Before ordering, confirm the final use environment and whether the paver is mainly decorative, pedestrian-use or driveway-use.

Send a clear top-view photo when copying a popular local paver.
Confirm finished thickness and edge chamfer before quoting.
For coloured concrete pavers, ask whether surface texture may trap pigment residue.
