Answers for overseas buyers preparing quotations for drainage, kerbstone, paver, manhole, cable trench, slope protection and custom precast concrete moulds.
Send the finished concrete product name, length, width, height, thickness or diameter, photos or drawings, quantity, destination country and application. If the product follows a local road or utility standard, include that standard drawing.
Clear photos can support an initial review, especially if they include a ruler or known-size reference. For final production, drawings or confirmed dimensions are strongly preferred.
Destination helps discuss packing, loading, shipping route, local terminology and sometimes product standard. It also helps us suggest related moulds that fit your market.
Yes. Send 2D CAD, PDF drawing, 3D model or section drawing. We review demoulding direction, wall thickness, corners, surface pattern, logo/marking feasibility and material options.
Often yes, if the pattern does not block demoulding or weaken the mould. Send artwork, text height and position requirements with the finished concrete dimensions.
Yes. Tell us whether it is for road drainage, sidewalks, municipal wells, cable utility corridors, slope protection, railway, power or solar projects. We can point you to relevant catalogue categories.
MOQ depends on mould size, existing stock, customization level and packing method. Small trial orders can be discussed for standard items; custom profiles need separate review.
Lead time depends on product structure, material, quantity and factory schedule. Standard catalogue moulds are usually faster; OEM moulds need drawing confirmation and production review.
Sample policy is confirmed case by case. For export orders, sample cost, mould type and freight should be agreed before production or shipment.
Yes. Mixed-SKU packing is common for distributors, precast factories and contractors who need drainage, kerbstone, paver, utility and custom moulds together.
Commercial invoice, packing list, loading photos and other normal export documents can be coordinated according to the order. Special document needs should be raised before quotation.
Yes, packing and loading photos can be discussed, especially for mixed-SKU or container orders where buyers need internal records.
