OEM Process
A clear OEM workflow for overseas buyers who need plastic moulds for non-standard precast concrete parts, local road profiles or project-specific components.
Share the finished concrete product size, cross-section drawing, application, target quantity and destination country. If no drawing is available, send clear photos from multiple angles with a ruler or reference size.
We check whether the shape is suitable for plastic mould production, including demoulding direction, wall thickness, corners, surface patterns, logo/marking and expected concrete use.
ABS, PP and PE options are reviewed according to product size, use frequency, rigidity, weight and target cost. For mixed orders, several mould types can be discussed together.
After confirmation, the mould structure is arranged for production. For complex OEM profiles, details such as chamfer, reinforcement, letter height and sample-check requirements are confirmed before manufacturing.
Before shipment, packing method and loading details are coordinated. Buyers can request photos, short videos or a factory video audit for order confidence.
