Breeze block mould selection is driven by the block face size, thickness and pattern, plus whether the wall is load-bearing infill or purely a decorative screen.

Typical breeze block formats

20×20×6cm: the most widely used screen block size, 26 pattern designs available.
30×30×7cm: larger face for feature walls and faster wall build-up, 18 designs available.
25×25 – 34×34cm: intermediate formats including 32×32×10cm thick blocks and square fret patterns.
40×40×7cm: large-format screen block for high walls and facade panels.

Project drawing checklist

For breeze block moulds, the key parameters are block face dimensions, thickness and the pattern opening geometry. A photo of the reference wall helps us match the design.
