Cobblestone covers: a moulded stone-setts texture on the top face, so a drainage lid reads as part of a cobbled surface.
Four-hole covers: a cobblestone face combined with drainage openings, e.g. the 43.2×40×8.2cm size.
Notched cobblestone covers: textured face plus an end notch for seating into the channel shoulder.
Curved step and walkway plates: a small number of arc-shaped plates for stepped and curved walkway runs.
Sizes: thin decorative covers from 2.5cm up to 8.2cm structural thickness, mostly on 40-50cm widths.

Texture and demoulding

Deep stone texture is the whole point of this range, and it is also the main demoulding risk. Sharp undercuts between setts hold the cast piece in the mould; a well-drafted pattern releases cleanly and keeps the texture crisp over hundreds of pours. Thin decorative covers around 2.5cm need careful handling before they gain strength.

Say whether the texture should be uniform or randomised across the face.
For thin covers, confirm whether you cast with mesh or fibre.
Colour comes from your mix and any surface treatment, not the mould.
