What is a notched (slotted) drainage cover mould?
It is a plastic (PP/ABS) injection mould for a concrete trench or ditch cover that has a notch cut into one edge (缺口). The notch is not damage — it is designed so that a pipe or cable can cross the trench at that cover position: the cover drops over the crossing line instead of the pipe having to go under or through the concrete. These covers are standard on cable trenches, roadside ditches and utility channels where service lines branch off. Quote the notch size (width × depth, e.g. 20×1.5cm, 30×1.5cm) and its position.
Where does the notch go — middle of a run or at the end?
Two cases are common. A middle / inline notch sits on the edge of a cover mid-trench, where a pipe crosses between two cover runs. An end notch is on the last cover of a run where the service exits the trench end. Some trenches also need a double-notched cover (e.g. 59×54×10) where a pipe crosses at a junction or two lines meet. Tell us where the crossing falls; a site-cut notch after casting breaks the cover edge and voids the piece.
Standard vs heavy-duty / deep notched covers — how to choose?
Standard covers run 6–12cm thick for cable trenches and light/medium roadside ditches. Heavy / deep covers run 12–20cm (e.g. 50×50×18, 59×50×18, 60×49×20, 63×36×15, 58×40×15 ABS) for main-roadside trenches subject to vehicle load and for deep U-channels. The very deep 15–20cm pieces are often specified in ABS for stiffness and to hold the thick section straight. Load class is set by thickness and reinforcement, not by the notch; the notch itself is kept clear of the load-bearing edge.
What is a recessed / dished (凹面) notched cover?
A recessed or dished cover has a shallow tray formed in the top surface rather than a flat top. Two uses: the tray can be filled with paving/grate infill to sit flush with a footpath or plaza, or it sheds/collects water for a drain that takes flow. Dished covers are typically deeper sections (12–18cm, e.g. 26×24×12, 39×24×12, 59×50×18, 65×36×16, 69×36×16, 75×49×15.3) and many are made for highway and transport-authority projects. The 凹底 (recessed-bottom) 75×30×10 is the inverse: a formed bottom for a specific channel seat.
Striped, dot-pattern, 6-hole and square-hole variants — what are they for?
These are surface/function variants of the notched cover: striped and dot-pattern tops add slip resistance and a finished look on pedestrian-accessible trenches (e.g. striped 59×50×10 and 74×50×10, dot 61×49×3.2); 6-hole covers (e.g. 40×30×6) perforate the slab for stormwater flow where the trench drains surface water; square-hole covers (71×49×8) have a large formed service opening for a bigger pipe or chamber access. Choose by whether the trench carries cables (solid notched) or water (perforated) and the walking-surface requirement.
Can you make highway-project and custom notched covers?

Does the notch weaken the cover, and is there a mould for the matching U-channel?
The notch is a small edge cut (typically 1.5–3cm deep across an 8–20cm-thick slab) kept away from the main span, so it does not govern load capacity; heavy covers are simply thicker. Many notched covers pair with a one-piece U-channel — for example the 50×30×10 cover is noted as pairing with a U-channel 50×30.9×20cm.
