Most drainage mould buyers compare PP and ABS according to concrete part size, expected reuse cycle, demoulding method and budget. For covers with many holes or narrow ribs, the mould structure should leave enough demoulding clearance and avoid weak corners.

Covers coming out of the mould and being stacked by hand. Note the paired pockets in the top face: those are lifting recesses — blind hand-grip pockets, not drainage holes and not through-holes. They are what makes a heavy slab liftable by two people on site. How many pairs you need depends on slab weight, so tell us the cover size and we will advise.
Three long grating slots pass high surface-water volume at road edges, ramps and garage entrances rather than pedestrian plazas. Slots over ~25–30 mm can catch high heels — tell us where the cover goes and we match the slot width.

We recommend C25-C30 concrete with proper vibration and curing for standard drainage components. Heavy-duty covers may require higher grades.
