Specification notes

Striped covers are cast face-down, so the stripe geometry sits in the base of the mould. Deeper, narrower stripes look sharper but need more vibration to fill and more draft to release cleanly. Send the channel opening size first — the cover has to match the channel, not the other way round.

Give the finished concrete size, not the mould outside size.
State whether the cover needs an end notch and on how many sides.
