Four families: (1) cylindrical round-column moulds (Ø20–21cm, 41–51cm high) for short bollards and columns; (2) imitation-wood landscape pile moulds (仿木桩) in Ø15/20/25/30cm and 50–150cm lengths, smooth, wood-grain or tree-grain, pointed or flat, with matching wood-grain pile caps; (3) square section post moulds from 110 to 260cm long, including an ABS two-section 250×25×25 post and a spliced 260cm post; and (4) marker piles and wire-mesh fence posts — plain or triangular marker piles, railway optical/electric cable marker piles, and wire-mesh fence posts up to 290cm including the 'No Trespassing' (禁止入内) boundary post.
Very long posts use split or spliced moulds. The 260×13.2×10.3cm post is a spliced (拼接) mould and the 250×25×25cm post is a two-section (两段组合) ABS mould; sections align and are cast together or joined per the design. Posts from 110 to 240cm are single-piece. Tell us the target post length and section; we will confirm single-piece vs spliced construction, which affects demoulding and shipping.
Yes. Marker piles (标志桩) commonly carry warning text, unit names or symbols — for example the railway optical/electric cable marker pile (铁路光缆电缆标志桩) and the 'No Trespassing' (禁止入内) wire-mesh post. Send the required wording, language and logo; the text is engraved into the mould so every cast part carries it. Plain unmarked (无字) marker piles are also standard.
Smooth (光面) piles have a plain concrete surface; wood-grain (木纹) or tree-grain (树纹) piles are cast from a textured mould that looks like timber for landscape and waterfront use; pointed (尖头) piles have a tapered driving end for garden edging, revetment and flower-bed borders. Half-grain versions are smooth on one side and grained on the other. Matching wood-grain pile caps (木纹盖) cap the top for Ø15/20/30cm piles.
The wood-grain cap (仿木桩木纹盖, e.g. 22×19×1.5, 27.5×24×2 or 37.5×34.5×2.5cm) is a separate mould that forms a decorative/driving cap sized to the pile diameter. Order the cap mould in the same diameter as the pile (Ø15/20/30cm). Pointed driving piles usually do not use a cap; flat-topped landscape piles do.
Standard square and round posts demould well in PP for 150+ pour cycles. ABS is used for large or complex sections — the 250×25×25cm two-section post and posts with deep engraved text — where stiffer walls hold dimension over repeated pours. We recommend the material based on the section and your volume.
C25–C30 concrete with vibration and standard curing. Fence and wire-mesh posts that take mesh or rail loads, and long slender posts (10×10 or 12×12cm sections over 2m), should include rebar or pre-stressed wire; the mould suits reinforced concrete. Marker piles are usually unreinforced or lightly reinforced for roadside burial.
Mixed-SKU orders are welcome with no strict MOQ on catalogue posts. Custom-text marker piles and spliced/long posts are made to order, typically 15–30 days after drawing approval.
